Bipartisan Budget Act of 2019

This bill increases the FY2020 and FY2021 discretionary spending limits for defense and nondefense spending and suspends the debt limit. After passing the House, the bill passed the Senate on August 1, 2019, and was signed into law on August 2, 2019.
