Kelly M. Fay Rodríguez worked in Executive Vice President Tefere Gebre’s office, where she coordinated interdepartmental programmatic work including immigration, citizenship, civil rights and civic engagement. She previously served as Special Assistant for Immigration and Community Action in the President’s Office and Voting Rights Coordinator for the Office of General Counsel. She previously worked on national electoral campaigns, minimum wage and overtime law enforcement at the NY State Attorney General’s Office and immigration legal services for union members of SEIU 32B-J in New York City. She received her law degree from City University of New York School of Law where she was a Haywood Burns Human and Civil Rights Fellow and her bachelor’s degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
She is bilingual and daughter of proud union parents, her mother migrated from the Dominican Republic.
