SMART Local 105 organizer Angie Flores joined the unionized sheet metal trade in 2013. Since then, she’s worked as a foreman, an organizer, chair of the Local 105 Women’s Committee, a member of the SMART Women’s Committee and a tutor helping community members pass their sheet metal apprenticeship test. From her early days learning the craft to her current roles, Flores remains committed to strengthening the labor movement and supporting her fellow workers.
