Motion to Proceed: Long-Term Surfacr Transportation Extension Act of 2011

November 3, 2011 | S. 1786
Part of the Republicans so-called "jobs" plan, this legislation would undermine key public health and worker protections and seriously disrupt federal services. The so called "regulatory reform" measures contained in this bill have nothing to do with creating jobs, but are simply an attempt to roll back 40 years of progress in protecting the public from harm and stopping corporate abuses. A Republican motion to proceed to the bill failed.

This is Bad for working people.
