Nomination of Casey Pitts to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California

The AFL-CIO supported the confirmation of Casey Pitts for the U.S. District Court judge position in the Northern District of California. Pitts is a highly respected labor and employment attorney with extensive litigation experience. As an openly LGBTQ+ individual, Pitts also brings diversity to this court.
