Cloture Motion: Kate's Law

Jul. 6, 2016 | S. 2193
This punitive bill would increase penalties for civil violations of our immigration laws, putting tens of thousands more people behind bars at enormous cost to taxpayers. Many of those affected would be women and children fleeing persecution, violence and repression. Cloture on the motion to proceed (60 votes are needed) failed the Senate.

This is Bad for working people.
