Increasing Access to Lower Premium Plans and Expanding Health Savings Accounts Act of 2018

This misnamed legislation would allow insurers to offer junk "copper" plans to workers purchasing insurance on the individual market, encourages the expanded use catastrophic health plans, and nearly doubles the contribution limits allowed for health savings accounts (a tax break that favors wealthy households). The bill passed the House on July 25, 2018.

This is Bad for working people.
