The AFL-CIO supported the confirmation of Nancy Abudu to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. With exceptional professional credentials and extensive experience in voting and civil rights litigation, Abudu was a highly qualified judicial nominee. Now confirmed, she brings diversity to the 11th Circuit as the first African American woman and the first person of color from Georgia.
